Meet Kent Hoffman, D.O., P.A.
Dr. Kent Hoffman is the medical director of Lake Howell Health Center. He is board-certified in family practice and addiction medicine. As a doctor of osteopathy, he studies your medical history and takes a whole-body approach to treatment. Dr. Hoffman also created the SoberDoc treatment program, which allows people struggling with addiction to recover successfully without losing their family, home, or job.

Kristen H. Umholtz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Lake Howell Health Center who provides individual and group counseling for individuals struggling with substance abuse, addictions, depression, anxiety, and codependency issues.
