Meet Nicole Floyd Palm, PA-C

Nicole Floyd Palm is a Physician Assistant certified by the NCCPA who is new to Lake Howell Health Center. She has been practicing internal medicine for the past 8 years, and addiction medicine for 4. She will be working with Dr. Hoffman to provide excellent care and a whole-patient approach to health and wellness.

Nicole graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a BS in Health & biomedical sciences with a minor in psychology.

She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
